With the recent major milestone of extending 4G access network to 96% of the population realized in Q2 of 2018; and the trends in 4G enabled smartphones penetration in Rwanda, KT Rwanda networks, in consultations with its partners, launches Unlimited 4G services for smartphones users in both urban and Rural Rwanda.
While there has been varied packages and plans launched earlier, the unlimited plans are unique in a sense that users will not worry about data getting exhausted or speed being limited at some points within validity period. According to Mr. Daeheak AN (Aaron), KTRN’s Chief Executive Officer, Internet has become staple of our life.

Smartphones are becoming useful devices beyond just receiving calls and chart, to include an extension of your office’s work, a secured platform to perform business transactions in the modern digital world. Respectively so, KT Rwanda network is happy to launch its first ever unlimited 4G packages for Smartphones and Tablets users.
The new unlimited packages are now available from most of the retail partners, mainly Internet Service providers (ISP), and are open for all new as well as existing subscribers with 4G enabled Smartphones. Besides the benefit of unlimited access to 4G, users shall enjoy the most affordable broadband internet on the market, based on the retail prices published. The launched packages shall not replace other existing products & plans but rather revolutionize the way users engage with mobile broadband in the daily business and social life. Detailed guidance shall be provided by retail partners at the activation or subscription.
