How to activate VoLTE

VoLTE Plans are available from our retail partners, Internet Service providers (ISP),
www.ktrn.rw/partners, and are open for all new as well as existing subscribers with 4G enabled Smartphones supporting VoLTE.

How to check if your phone supports VoLTE
Android Users:​

Head to the Settings on your Phone.

Go to the Connections🡪 Mobile network section. This step may vary from phone to phone. You may have to tap on ‘More‘ to access the network type.

Under the Mobile network, locate the Preferred network type or network section.

Now, you will be able to see the network options 4G, 3G, and 2G. & Look for VoLTE, if you see VoLTE or HD Calls, then your phone supports 4G VoLTE.

Ensure 4G/LTE is selected & VoLTE is enabled.
Note:

If you do not see VoLTE option, your phone may not support VoLTE.​
IPHONE Users:

Head to the Settings on your device.

Navigate to Cellular Data > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data.

Check if you see the 4G Network type & VoLTE Option.

Ensure 4G/LTE is selected & VoLTE is enabled.
